Ingredients: One Egg and Half cup coconut oil


Method:

Break your egg and separate the yolk from the white because you will need the egg white for this.

Pour the egg into a small bowl and add the coconut oil, whisk with a fork or hand mixer very well, stir at the interval to prevent it from burning, let it fry on very low heat, till the content in the pan turns brownish, at this stage, it will look like crumbs and the oil would have separated.Allow to cool and pour through a strainer or sieve to get your egg white oil.Pour into your container for usage.
