Ingredients
Maida_1 and 1/2 Cup
Sooji_1 tablespoon
Cauliflower_4-5 small pieces
Water_3/4 Cup
Salt_1/4 teaspoon
Curd_1/4 Cup

Instructions
Boil the cauliflower in a pressure cooker.Mix maida, sooji and mashed cauliflower, curd and salt in a bowl. Add water to it and make a dough. Dough should be little tighter than dough for chapati. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
Take a lemon size dough, make a round of it. With the help of dry maida make a 12-14 centimeter round of it.
Heat oil in a pan. Put the round bhatura in the heated oil. Press it gently in the middle.Fry till bhatura gets fluffy. Turn to other side of bhatura. fry that side also for 2-3 seconds.
Serve it hot with Chana Masala.
Poori

Ingredients
Wheat flour_1 Cup
Water_1/2 Cup
Salt_1/4 Teaspoon
Carom seeds (Ajwain)_1/4 Teasoon
Vegetable Oil_To fry Poori

Dough preparation
Take the wheat flour in a plate/bowl. Add salt, carom seeds and 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil to it.
Add water to it slowly and make dough of it. Dough should little tighter than dough for chapati.
How to make
Take a small dough(of a lemon size). spread a little (1-2 drops) oil to make the chakla/brothel oily. Make a round of diameter 10 cm from it.
Heat oil in a pan (keep the burner flame high). Put the poori in the oil carefully. Press the poori in the middle gently. Fry till poori become fluffy/ little golden in colour. Turn the side of poori and fry other side also for 2-3 seconds.
Serve it hot with chana masala or Potato-tomato curry.
